had our monthly doc apptmt, everything went well. we listened to Cadence’s heartbeat & both got a TDap shot.

i’ve gained 11 lbs in the first 25 weeks. uterus is 24 cms. nothin else cray going on – all is well (albeit hot).

i do the diabetes test next month and then i start my apptmts every other week. sigh.

We had our monthly appointment on Friday. We listened to Cadence’s heartbeat and did some measuring. Her heartbeat continues to sound strong and she was moving around a lot.

I’m slightly behind weight wise – i’ve gained about 6 lbs where I should have gained 9-10. Also a bit smaller uterine-length wise – 19 cms where should be about the same as the # of weeks. I guess I should get a scale and start eating more!!!

First picture of Cadence in her native environment! The technician said everything looked healthy and normal. According to the measurements, the due date is Nov 2nd!

We had a surprise sonogram today! Went in thinking we were just going to hear the heartbeat again, but were both super psyched to get a first look at our baby Chindreau.
