Corner co-op

Cadence started at the Corner co-op recently. She’s starting out 3 days a week (hours are 9 – 12).

She seems to want to check out the dress up clothes (Ariel, the little mermaid, is her fav).

I was so proud of her. The first day, she was the first kid to say she wanted to show something. She ran over, grabbed her backpack & went through everything in her bag. Her head teacher, Rosie, said something about Washington, DC so Cadence had to tell everyone where her aunties live.

She was in a show when Grandma went to school with her on Monday. The next day, she wants to put on a show again. I tell her to ask her friends & she goes up to another mom & asks her if she wants to put on a show (she hasn’t figured out she can play with other kids yet, still mostly considers adults her peers).

After the first couple of days, Cadence doesn’t want to leave! And she asked her teacher push her on the swing instead of me! Good signs!

Rosie told Adam that Cadence was the most verbal 2 year old she’s met!

Sue was impressed that Cadence was adjusting so well & so quickly! Sue told Cadence she was the best & Cadence responded, I know…
