I tried to get a video of her standing up by herself (because she freaked Adam and I out this morning when she not only brought herself to standing position by herself, but stayed standing without holding to anything), but she refused. Instead, I got a video of her saying “Mama” and giving her version of air kisses!

Steph came into town so Adam and I could go out for his birthday. We had our first date since Cadence was born!

Cadence took to Auntie right away and gave her lots of kissies. Steph took Cadence every day at 6.30 so we could sleep in! Amazing!

We took CJ to Carson beach. She was afraid of the waves but enjoyed being “deeper in the water.” She didn’t eat any sand or venture out beyond our laps.
