Cadence is (thankfully) better in the car now. Not sure why she used to get so upset in it!

She’s such a happy baby. She’s been giggling a good amount. She likes it when I lay on her stomach on tickle her.

I can see her gradually getting more used to life – she doesn’t get as upset and calms down easier. It’s much easier to distract her into a smile. 🙂 love her.

She still wants to be held most of the time which proves challenging. But over all she’s a good baby on her way to being an excellent baby.

We’ve been busy in March – plans every weekend day, so a lot to catch up on!

Cadence is doing well. She’s generally a happy happy baby.

I’d say she’s started really knowing me this month. I brought her into work y-day and she’d see me and start crying until I held her. She loves meeting new people though. I took her on the train for the first time & she was people watching until she fell asleep. She was facing me but turned her body so she could be a part of the action. Girl loves being outside (Adam and Jane took her for her first walk in the stroller. She loved it!)

I’ve adjusted to going back to work. Cadence is enjoying her time with Jane and San.

She’s continued to sleep well – mostly from 10-8ish. She continues to smile a lot and talk to us. She’s such a great baby.

We all went to Chicago to celebrate Steph and San’s birthdays. Cadence handled the flights very well. We got stuck in the airport all day on the way back. Cadence enjoyed people watching and walking around.

Me me bought Cadence a jump and go which she really enjoys. She loves to be upright and standing.

Cadence current wear 6-9 month clothes! Grandma bought her a bunch of sleepers that fit pretty well.

Our estimate is she weighs about 17 lbs. 6-9 is for baby’s 16 lbs+. We’ll find out her weight and height when we have our doc appmt in 3ish weeks.

Cadence isn’t really into drinking formula anymore, which is challenging since she finishes the milk I pumped the previous day by noonish.

Cadence took her first trip over president’s day weekend. She loves people watching and stalked the couple next to us on the plane. For the most part, she handled flying very well. She fussed a bit on each flight but nothing too crazy. I told her she was a good baby, but not an excellent baby and she had to work on it.

We pretty much ate a ton of food in Cleveland. Did a 17 course dinner at Siam where Cadence met her uncles Chung.

We also spent time with uncle Kam, aunt Margaret and Allison.

Everyone loves her so much! Thanks to all for the help with the chubbs!

Cadence has started grabbing for stuff.

She chats now with us and is much more alert.
