Cadence is ready to go mobile. She barely sits still – trying to climb up your body & lunging for stuff (she loves electronics like her daddy).
She has started talking louder at a higher pitch.
And she pinches and it really, really hurts!
Cadence is pretty good at sitting now. She’s much more chillaxed and will entertain herself in the playpen or the high chair. Def makes it easier to get things done (before she’d want to be held the whole time). She’s been in a wonderful mood lately, laughing a lot. <3 her!!!
Happy five month Cadence! Daddy dressed me in pants with bloomers over them for added support. 🙂
Auntie Celeste, Uncle Matt and cousin D lent us a high chair. I love sitting up!

Baby Cadence is sitting pretty well nowadays. She was doing the gorilla lean but now sits like a drunken baby (wobbling to keep her balance). Adam, Jane and I also jointly saw her roll over!
She also had started crying if we don’t let her have something she wants. Great. :/
A sweetie thing she does is she leans in for snuggles now if she’s sitting near you. If she’s facing you on your lap, her head will come in and she’ll rub her face into you. Snuggley bunny.
I get all misty eyed looking back at newborn photos. She was sooo tiny.
She’s at a fun age though. She’s such a happy baby. She was laughing up a storm last night. She’s such a sweetie pie. 🙂
