Cadence leaned in to me and kissed me right on the lips! And then my heart melted and I screamed oh my gosh!
Adam taught Cadence how to “kissie” by doing a repetitive bah bah with her mouth.
Grandma has taught her to high five and wave.
Her top two teeth have finally pocked through thankfully. She had a four hour crying stretch with grandma last week. She also had a fever. She’s doing much better now!
On July 6th, Cadence crawled forward (just a couple of days over 8 months)! I was so proud of her that I told Adam right away.
She’s been moving backwards since May. Auntie Stephanie thought she’d be crawling forward by end of May. Luckily, she’s still very cautious and doesn’t move forward very quickly. And she mostly stays in the vicinity of the carpet in the living room. I know this will be short lived…
